W. W. McDonald was married twice. His first wife was Mary Jane McCortney (1831-1878). Upon her death, he married Lydia Jane Page Sneed, who had been married to Hosea Sneed of Big Piney, consequently there were stepchildren, also. Following is a list of all of the children.
