The 5th and 8th grade classes on Thursday made their first trip to the graveyard this year. We are in the phase of resetting stones and also need to complete our mapping of the graveyard. Our goal is to finish our restoration of McCourtney Graveyard by the end of this year.

We still have to walk about a mile from the gravel road to get to the graveyard.

Our first fence is a stock gate.

We pass a collapsed barn on our way.

We have to carry our equipment up a long hill.
